The words for one and the same thing: a daret (Morocco) = جمعية (Arabic) = tontine (French) = ROSCA (English). Inside a circle, the contribution is what each member pays monthly, the pot is members × contribution, and your turn (nouba / نوبة) is the month you receive it.

Terms

Daret: A Moroccan rotating savings circle: a group contributes a fixed amount each month and each member receives the full pot in turn.
Tontine: The French word for the same thing as a daret.
جمعية (jam3iya): Another common Moroccan name for a daret.
ROSCA: Rotating Savings and Credit Association — the international term for a daret.
Turn (نوبة / nouba): The month a given member receives the pot.
Pot / cagnotte: The total collected each cycle: members multiplied by the contribution.
Contribution: The fixed amount each member pays every month.
Slot: A member position in the payout order.
Verified member: A member whose identity is confirmed with a national ID (CIN) and a selfie.
Organizer: The person who creates the daret and invites members. On Darret, the app handles the tracking.
